As you walk in you might be surprised to see free weights and squat racks as opposed to exercise bikes and bands attached to the wall..
This is because I firmly believe that most physical therapy clinics settle for good enough, not great.

While bands and table exercises are a part the care I provide, the demands our bodies go through (especially in sport) requires more.
​
I work with athletes and active people to help them tap into their bodies natural adaptive processes and get them on the road to recovery. It is clear in the research that quality physical therapy includes principles of weight training and progressive overload. So we may start with lighter resistance exercises but that is only the beginning.

Finally, I believe in empowering my patients to understand their condition and to be able to address it if it comes back again.
